Can I bring additional staff or my HR manager?
- We can place an additional member request on a wait-list. Once registration has closed, we can fill from the wait list.
Is the hotel rate honored for the holiday weekend prior to the 18th?
- Yes, but only while rooms are still available. The Greater Memphis Chamber is not holding any rooms prior to January, 18th
Do I have to attend the dinners?
- The dinner the night of the 18th is a full program to prepare for the tours the next day. It’s imperative members have this context.
Do I have to stay at the event hotel?
- It is encouraged that guests stay at the host hotel. All group meetings and group transportation will be on property.
What is the attire?
- Very casual. We will be on and off of buses the day of the tour, and walking outdoors at a construction site used for the heavy equipment classroom.
- Jeans or slacks encouraged.
- No open toed shoes for women, please.
Are masks required?
- Masks are not required throughout the event. Masks are requested on the Valencia College campuses.
